Description

Bird photography has become a new passion for me. Our bird feeder here in Michigan's Upper Peninsula attracts a variety of birds as the seasons change. Although red-breasted nuthatches are not shy, I had experienced difficulty making images of them, as they flit so quickly. This one held still long enough for me to achieve this result...a pleasing pose, and a catch-light in the eye, as well!
